What your managers and staff actually get in the room.
Four programmes, each delivered by a qualified counsellor rather than a trainer reading from a deck. Everything below can run at your premises, at our Wrexham office, or online, and every session is built around the size and shape of the group in front of us.
Hearing what a colleague is actually telling you.
Most people in a workplace want to help and are afraid of saying the wrong thing, so they change the subject instead. This workshop teaches the listening skills counsellors are trained in and gives people a chance to practise them, so a difficult conversation with a colleague does not get avoided.
Practical ways to carry pressure without breaking under it.
A working session on what stress does to the body and what reliably helps. People leave with a small number of techniques they have already tried once in the room, rather than a handout they will not open again.
Someone on site who knows what to do first.
The mental health equivalent of a first aider: a named person in the building who can spot when a colleague is in difficulty, start the conversation, and get them to the right help. Training covers the moment itself and the steps after it, including when to escalate.
Built around what your organisation is dealing with.
Where the standard programmes do not fit, we design one that does. That might be a shift pattern that rules out a full day, a workforce that has been through a serious incident, or a rolling programme across several sites. We talk it through first, then send a written outline before anything is booked.
Tell us the situation and we will say which programme fits, or whether one-to-one counselling would do more.
