For support workers, agencies, GPs and employers. The form takes two minutes, needs no clinical detail, and we contact the person directly. We take trauma referrals as a matter of course, it is a trained specialism here, not something we work around.

Please do not include clinical detail or anything about what has happened to them. We only need enough to make contact.
Consent
We cannot accept a referral without both. If someone has not agreed yet, give them our number instead, 07925 847865, and they can come to us when they are ready.

We will contact the person within two working days and let you know once we have reached them. If anything changes in the meantime, call 07925 847865.
What happens after you send it
We contact the person directly, gently, using the method you marked as safe.
A short first conversation, with no obligation on them to continue.
We confirm to you that contact was made. We do not share anything they tell us.
What we are set up for
Our counsellors hold trauma training on top of their core qualification, with clinical supervision on every case.
